Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ogma Innovation ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play (each, an "App"). It applies to all Apps published under the Ogma Innovation developer account unless a specific App states otherwise.
1. Our approach
Our Apps are built to work with as little data collection as possible. Where an App can function entirely on your device, it does. Any data we do collect is described below, App by App, and only collected where it is needed to provide the feature you're using.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the specific App and the features you use, we may collect:
- Data you provide directly — such as content you create or enter inside the App.
- Device and usage data — such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash or performance logs, used to keep the App stable and working correctly.
- Purchase information — if an App offers paid features, purchases are processed by Apple or Google directly; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
[Placeholder — update per app] Add or remove data types here to match exactly what each specific App collects — for example, camera access, photo library access, location, or account/email details — before publishing that App. Apple and Google both require this policy to accurately reflect real data practices.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App's core functionality.
- To diagnose crashes and technical issues.
- To process purchases via Apple's or Google's payment systems.
- To respond to support requests you send us directly.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-party services
Our Apps may use third-party services such as Apple or Google frameworks for crash reporting, analytics, or payment processing. These providers may process limited data under their own privacy policies. [Placeholder — list specific SDKs/services used per app, e.g. Firebase, RevenueCat, etc., if applicable.]
5. Data storage and security
Where possible, data is stored locally on your device rather than on our servers. Where we do use cloud storage for a feature, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect that information from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
6. Children's privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can control device permissions (camera, photos, notifications, etc.) at any time in your device's Settings.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the email below.
- You can uninstall the App at any time, which removes locally stored data from your device.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Contact us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, contact us at privacy@ogmainnovation.com.
