Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of applications published by Ogma Innovation ("we," "us," "our") on the Apple App Store and Google Play (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using our Apps

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use each App for your personal, non-commercial use, on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store's terms of service (Apple's or Google's).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of an App, except where permitted by law.
• Use an App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of an App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on an App.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple or Google through their respective payment systems and are subject to their billing and refund policies. We do not directly process or store your payment information.

4. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to each App — including its design, code, graphics, and content — remain the property of Ogma Innovation or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in an App.

5. Third-party services

Our Apps may rely on third-party services (such as Apple or Google frameworks) to function. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of those third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ogma Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of an App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to an App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the app store terms applicable in your region.
